Nneka Ede is an Undergraduate Researcher in the Center for Computational Systems Biology and a Senior Computer Science major at the Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). She has completed two summer research programs, Harvard Medical School Department of Systems Biology and Department of Biomedical Informatics. She was also awarded “Most Outstanding Engineer” by Prairie View A&M in 2018. Her interests include: 1) single cell RNA Seq Analysis, 2) Genome Sequencing Data, and 3) Data Visualizations. She is currently working with Dr. Dumitru Iacobas for Genomics Fabric project.
